RETURNS AND REFOUNDS

Ferrara Gioielli reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated beyond the term or those items that do not present the conditions of receipt of the product.

The deadline for returns is 14 working days from receipt of the goods.

You can request a home collection. We will send you a courier to pick up the package within 7 working days. The items must be returned in the conditions of receipt and it will be necessary to present the respective proof of purchase.

We remind you that you must have received the goods before requesting a refund.

To submit a return request it is important to photograph the item and the packaging, once you have obtained the authorization you will receive the waybill to attach to the package, only after our receipt will you receive the amount by bank transfer.

Products must be returned

properly packed in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with all the accessories, instructions for use, documentation and certifications.

without obvious signs of use, they must not bear traces of use and must not be in a state that does not allow their resale.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by Ferrara Gioielli provided that the customer uses the return documents supplied by us and sends the goods to the country in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.
